Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping costs will be 15 AED all over the UAE. We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 3 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 2 business days for express shipping. For exact shipping costs and delivery estimates, please enter your address at checkout.

You can return products within 15 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit the Returns section on our website and follow the instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
